International Trainee Program - Branch Manager Spain (m/f)
and become junior branch manager at Sixt after only six months of training!
You:
Have recently graduated or are about to graduate and are keen to take your first step in management
Are a highly focused and motivated individual seeking a career in management
Have an entrepreneurial intellect, a talent in sales and the drive to generate profitably
Have above average readiness to perform and a strong desire to succeed
Are fluent in Spanish as well as in English, German is a plus
Have a full driving licence
Our offer:
Intensive training program during 6 months and “on the job” training in a local branch office in Spain, complemented by training in our Munich based Headquarter in Germany and our Training Center in Marbella, Madrid and Palma de Mallorca
After successful completion you will take over one of our branches as junior manager
We offer autonomous work with high responsibility in an international environment
Excellent foundation for a career within the Sixt group
During the program we offer a salary of €1.300, housing and staff car (Spanish contract)
