Sixt UK are currently recruiting for a
Branch Manager for Manchester Airport
The Branch Manager's Role will include:
- To promote and sell Sixt rent a car products and services to achieve and exceed branch targets.
- To ensure regular business development contact with perspective and existing business in order to maximise opportunities.
- To liaise with Fleet Department to achieve necessary vehicle volumes.
- Completing spot check fleet checks to protect and monitor Sixt rent a car assets.
- Reporting to Territory Branch Manager.
Your Qualities:
- Management experience within the car rental, hospitality or retail industry.
- Strong operator that is able to drive the business and build the brand from a strategic level.
- Proven success of developing a brand or region.
- Presentation, selling and negotiation skills, together with the ability to produce results.
- Experience of working with various reporting and forecasting tools.
- Have good communication and leadership skills and be able to motivate and encourage good team work.
- Strong people management skills that enjoys a challenge and working to targets.
- Excellent customer service skills.
Up to £32,000 plus bonus and car
