As a Fleet Manager with SIXT you will be responsible for supporting the team daily in planning and executing the movement of fleet to ensure a first-class service is maintained throughout. You will be required to work with colleagues to strategically manipulate pricing to maximise revenues and business growth. You need to be on the offensive and love to win over customers with sales and show supportive coaching towards the team. About You:

• Minimum 1+ years supervisor responsibilities or relevant experience
• You will ideally have a University degree in Business Management or alternative business experience
• You distinguish yourself through your service-oriented way of thinking and value work that has direct customer contact
• You have strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
• You have exceptional leadership and communication skills
• You have held a full, clean valid UK driving licence for a minimum of 12 months

How You will fill your days:

As a Fleet Manager, you will be responsible for managing our entire Fleet team. You will coach and support the team to deliver an exceptional premium experience. You will also manage the Fleet checking, overseeing the processes and ensuring all vehicles and keys are accounted for daily. With a continuous improvement mindset, you will oversee Infleet / Defleet processes and ensure our vehicles are up to supplier satisfaction. Additionally you will plan and execute daily movements to ensure all bookings are covered and cars are in the correct locations. ·You will work alongside pricing and yield team to maximise revenues and manage our 'walk up' business by trying wherever possible to match a customer to an available car.
