We are looking for a new IT Technician for maintaining communications and computer systems. The successful candidate will provide support that includes the installation, testing, and maintenance of computer hardware. He/she coordinates and carries out activities associated with the maintenance and operation of all computers and printers. He/she also identifies, analyzes, and resolves equipment problems and initiates and monitors corrective action.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the installation, maintenance, administration, documentation and security of hardware.
  • Configure and optimize the production of hardware and software.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application malfunctions and other problems.
  • Provide IT Hotline support and network services when needed.
  • Research, development and implement new technology.

Your profile:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ year(s) related technical experience. 
  • Knowledge of network technologies (LAN/WAN).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Dependable, cooperative and willing to assist others.
  • Great attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Must be willing to travel.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Must have the ability to work under stressful and unusual situations.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills required.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including day and/or evening hours.
  • Must be able to communicate in English.
