Team Lead Customer Service International (m/f)
Your job - as fast as our cars:
- You lead and motivate a customer service team with the aim of achieving a standard of excellence in the handling of all private and business customer requests!
- You train your staff to ensure a consistently high level of service quality and to create excitement with every customer!
- You optimize existing procedures and standardizing new ones!
- You analyze reports and statistics, draw conclusions, and derive all necessary measures!
Your profile - ready to put your foot on the gas:
- You completed a university degree in business with a focus on tourism, the hotel industry or economics, or hold a similar occupational degree?
- You have experience managing employees in customer service roles?
- You possess natural leadership qualities and have the ability to create excitement in others?
- You are competent in presenting and communicating in front of others and you know how to assert yourself?
- You are an expert user of all prevalent MS office applications?
- You speak Dutch and ideally French as well?
