We are currently expanding our team in Munich and looking for a Performance Marketing Manager International (m/f) 
 

Your job :

  • Responsible for designing and executing international performance and online marketing campaigns in the European market
  • Media planning and negotiating all terms with media partners
  • Cross-medial coordination of all channels and ongoing analysis and optimization of running campaigns: affiliate, display, email, mobile, email, SEA, alliances, etc.
  • Optimizing campaign components (publishers, advertising sites, advertising material, etc.) in consultation with the departments supplying material, Brand & Communication and Design 
  • Independent, continuous evaluation and interpretation of all measures as well as derivation of recommendations for action & budget allocations
  • Developing media cooperation concepts and carrying out cooperation negotiations
  • Interface function with Brand & Communication, Product Management and IT


Your profile:

  • Degree in Communications or Economics, Business Information Technology or similar course
  • "Digital Native" with feel for trends and developments in the digital world
  • At least 2 years experience in online performance marketing and very good knowledge in the fields of display advertising, SEM (SEA/SEO) and affiliate marketing.
  • Technical understanding and knowledge of campaign and on-site tracking.
  • Analytical know-how and the ability to interpret data and KPIs and derive optimization potential from them.
  • Strong communicational skills, single-mindedness and a high level of personal initiative.
  • Assured in handling Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint).
  • You are able to communicate persuasively and securely in English, ideally at the level of a native speaker. Profound knowledge at least one of the following languages is required: French, Dutch.
  • Market knowledge in the Benelux region is desirable
