Sixt is looking for a competent and experienced Team Lead Telesales BeNeLux for the establishment of our Corporate Telesales Team in Hoofddorp. To continue to grow our corporate customer base in the BeNeLux, we are looking for a dedicated Team Lead who is able to recruit, develop and lead his team to success with heart and passion. Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Sustainable development of corporate customer business and further expansion
  • Guiding and supporting your own team to a structured and motivated sales approach
  • Close coordination with the Sixt headquarter in Pullach and other Sixt departments in Pullach and Hoofddorp
  • Understanding the market and the competition, to promote Sixt positively

Your Qualities

  • Several years of sales experience with proven success and qualifications in B2B telesales
  • Experience in managing a sales team
  • Confident appearance on the phone, structured, communicative
  • Hungry for success and motivated by targets
  • Enjoy working in a challenging environment and have a passion for sales
  • You are familiar with CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus)
  • Native Dutch and fluent in English
