Fleet Service Agent - Manchester Airport (£9.43 p/h)

As a member of the Fleet Service team, you will be responsible for greeting our customers on arrival and return of their hire. Delivering exceptional customer service is an integral part of this role as you are the first and last point of contact with the customer. We welcome applications from all different fields, service personnel, ex-service, ex-army.


Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Greet our customers on the return of their hire for check-in
  • Utilising computer based rental systems to update vehicle status
  • Collecting and delivering vehicles between car parks and other locations
  • Maintaining a good and professional relationship with customers
  • Damage reporting
  • Ensuring ready lines are full of correct vehicles

Your Qualities

  • You are able to work well under pressure both independently and within a team
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Have a full clean driving licence with 12 months experience
