Global Account Manager Business Aviation

This role is focused on looking after existing business and growing the portfolio. The Global Account Manager Business Aviation reports directly to Senior Director Global Accounts & Luxury Sales. - Location: London / Salary: Competitive / Closing date: 6 May 2019

Your job – performs as smoothly as our cars:

  • Take responsibility of the account management for our Business Aviation (bizAv) customers
  • Analyse spend and utilisation data on a weekly basis to track booking behaviour, compare with market data to ensure Sixt is maximising the revenue potential from each client and report findings to senior management
  • Work in a team environment to create success however, it will also be necessary for you to work on your own initiative with a cross functional team inside Sixt to deliver your objectives
  • Negotiate and implement comprehensive framework contracts together with your Pre-Sales colleagues to expand your existing customer portfolio
  • Utilise your expert skills in global thinking to build up close and long-lasting relationships, at both a personal and professional level with your clients at cross functional and senior management levels throughout the client organisation
  • Visit your customers on a regular basis to maintain visibility and be prepared to ‘create excitement’ everywhere you go in order to place the Sixt brand at the forefront of your customers’ minds
  • Create additional revenues and/or process enhancements to serve as a USP versus our competitors for our customers whilst managing a large network of contacts
  • Travel on a regular basis in Europe and the US to meet with clients and attend such industry conferences as required
  • Actively promote both your professional activities and those of your employer through the use of social media

  • You have completed a professional education with additional qualification or a University degree
  • You have already been successful in managing multinational clients
