Bid Writer and Implementation Manager - Slough, Langley

A fantastic opportunity has come up for a Bid Writer and Implementation Manager within our Global Sales Team. This role is based in London but will have frequent travel to Munich and around Europe. You must speak fluent English to be considered for this position.


Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Take over the role of a project manager for national and international RfPs and implementations for our global customers and also develop mobility concepts with them
  • Create high quality proposal documents also in close collaboration with different sales teams (among others corporate sales, travel agency sales, etc.)
  • As interface between Sixt management and the various sales departments you ensure that internal processes are being followed
  • As project manager you are direct in direct contact also with the top management
  • You control results, find aspects that need to be improved, and implement them by defining respective measures
  • You develop expert knowledge within selected sales departments and use this in your projects

Your Qualities

  • Degree in business management, tourism, communication or related studies ideally with first professional experience in the area of tender and implementation
  • At least two years of experience in project management, consultancy, sales/marketing
  • Self-driven, motivated, creative, structured
  • Experience of writing successful bid submissions
  • Languages: English (essential) and German (not essential but can be beneficial)
