Senior UI/UX Designer (m/f/d)

DO WHAT YOU LOVE

• As part of a transnational team you drive the design of mobile and desktop applications for SIXT together with fellow designers, product managers and software developers.
• You are always on the lookout for ways to improve the customer experience and develop solutions for an improved user retention.
• You analyze user feedback, site metrics and usability findings to tailor your designs to customers’ needs in order to best solve their problems.
• You take care about information architecture and user flows and align on solutions with internal as well as external stakeholders based on wireframes and interactive prototypes.
• You design pixel-perfect user interfaces and optimize the handover process to the development team.

COME AS YOU ARE

• You have several years of professional experience as a digital product designer with profound knowledge of user centered design principles and practices.
• You have the ability to understand user needs based on research and data analysis and are proficient with user research methodologies and practices.
• You are an excellent communicator and are proficient in presenting and defending your ideas in front of other designers, product managers and business owners.
• You are an expert in creating interactive experiences with common design and prototyping software (Sketch, Figma, InVision, Abstract etc.).
• You have a stellar portfolio with work that demonstrates mastery in creating user centered design solutions.
