TeleSales Manager

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- • Create standards of measurements and regular reporting to track progress towards quality management goals
- • Forecast and analyze sales data and report KPI’s to leaders
- • Maintenance of sales email account and corporate sales telephone line
- • Respond to and handle unfamiliar situations with limited or no supervisory guidance
- • Managing call center corporate leads program
- • Support current customers with account maintenance and trouble-shooting
- • Implement new customers with correct booking tools and payment cards
- • Analyze potential customers to offer Sixt products that fit their needs
- • Continuously manage multiple concurrent tasks
- • Develop and lead new members in the Telesales team as we expand in the United States
- • Provide ongoing communication and support to new and existing clients
- • Coach, inspire and motivate sales team to ensure sales targets are met
Your Qualities
- • Bachelor’s degree preferred • 3+ years sales management experience leading a sales team • Experience in travel, hospitality or telesales industry preferred • Demonstrated leadership or management skills
- • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals • Analytical skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications • Ability to inspire, motivate, and lead local and remote teams
- • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), and planning skills • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future • Proficiency in English, and the ability to communicate in other languages (German, Spanish, etc.) is a plus.
