Head of SEO (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Head of SEO (m/f/d) to lead, organize and develop our international SEO team. You are responsible for developing SEO strategies for our products rent, ride, share, plus and trucks. You are responsible for on-page and off-page measures. Furthermore, you are aware of new developments and risks in SEO and ensure that all measures are according to Google Webmaster Guidelines.


  • You are responsible for the results of the SEO performance for all SIXT products
  • You develop and adjust the SEO strategy
  • You manage and develop the SEO team
  • You do permanent SEO screening of direct competitors as well as best-in-class SEO models and deductions from this on the internal SEO strategy
  • You measure the success of the individual SEO results as well as the economic control of the SEO measures together with planning and allocation of the SEO budget


  • You are an operational expert in SEO with proven success
  • You already gained leadership experience, preferably in international teams
  • You have got profound knowledge in using SEO tools / analytics tools
  • You speak English flueuntly, German skills are preferred
  • As a leadership personality you got strong communication skills with a convincing attitude
