(Senior) Data Engineer Consumer Analytics (m/f/d)

With a presence in over 100 countries, we serve millions of customers and collect hundreds of millions of data points across many digital channels. Our Consumer Analytics & Marketing Engineering team is spearheading the tracking, collection, segmentation and dispatching of those data points to dozens of external and internal consumers. As a Data Engineer on our Consumer Analytics & Marketing Engineering team you will be part of an early stage team, which has the mission to enable all our product and business teams to make better data driven decisions.


DO WHAT YOU LOVE

  • You work together with our product engineering teams on defining the right signals to track
  • You can understand the data points coming from our native and third party channels and can stitch them together producing easy to digest insights
  • You look after the quality of the data and ensure the highest standards of our ETL platform, inbound and outbound integrations
  • You work together with the team to define the next evolutionary steps of our consumer analytics world
  • You show extreme work ethics and integrity to deal with sensitive data while protecting our end-customer

COME AS YOU ARE

  • You have built robust data integration solutions aiming for no data loss and scale in the past
  • You are familiar with advanced CDP Platforms such as Mparticle, Tealium, Segment or alternatives
  • You love cloud engineering and have experience managing ETL integrations on top of AWS or GCP or have strong desire to learn it
  • You have previous experience with near real time data pipelines ( such as Kinesis or Kafka )
  • You have advanced SQL skills and some coding experience in Python, Java or Golang
