Lot Security

As a Lot Security Agent, you are responsible for securing the lot and vehicles in the lot, organizing storage, inventories, and access control. The Lot Attendant is also responsible for supporting the Fleet Manager and Fleet Planner with several tasks assigned.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
  • Security
  • • Allowing only authorized personnel access to the lot • Efficiently storing vehicles • Communication with branch and fleet planning for vehicle dispatch • Transportation of vehicles • Operating outside in all weather conditions.

Your Qualities

  • • Must be at least 21 years old
  • • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
  • • High school diploma or GED • Minimum 1 year customer service experience; previous customer/escalation support experience preferred • Exceptional interpersonal skills required • Excellent relationship building skills • Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including day and/or evening hours • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
