Senior Customer Data Analyst (m/f/d)

The Customer Insights Analyst (m/f/d) plays an essential role in gaining insights in our business and customers. You know who our customers are, what they want, and where we can find them. As Senior Customer Data Analyst (m/f/d), you will support the business with actionable insights by building and maintaining customer data analyses, reportings and customer segmentation. You will play an active role in driving the organization’s personalization, customer relationship management (CRM) and loyalty programs.


DO WHAT YOU LOVE

  • You deliver customer insights using behavioral, transactional, and demographic data to understand customer behavior and anticipate customer needs and support the development of SIXT’s loyalty program
  • You build and share customer dashboards, to provide self-serve access to customer data throughout the business
  • You improve current and set-up new processes and analyses to drive predictive analytics, segmentation, product recommendations, and targeting strategy
  • You partner with IT and data architecture teams to improve Sixt’s customer data structure, tools, processes, key metrics, and analytic methodologies
  • You challenge the status quo and consistently identify areas for improvement, diagnose issues and working to resolve them

COME AS YOU ARE

  • You hold a university degree in business informatics or a comparable course of study with above-average success
  • You have proven your experience in analyzing customer data for actionable business insights and in turning complex analyses into simple conclusions and recommendations for senior leadership
  • You are proficient in SQL programming and have experience in building dashboards (using Tableau, Microsoft PowerBI, or similar)
  • You think entrepreneurially, work independently, and you are able to prioritize and work on multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
  • You are results-driven, have a service mentality, and are fluent in written and spoken English
