Senior Sales Controller (m/f/d)

Do what you love

• You support the strategic and operational development as well as the subsequent control of the Van&Truck sales by providing reports, evaluations and analyses on customer profitability
• You create transparency on sales performance, costs and efficiency of the Van&Truck sales and develop the controlling, BI and CRM systems further
• You set sales targets in coordination with the sales management, discuss these regularly with the managers concerned and optimise the control of KAM, telesales and digital channels with regard to achieving targets and efficiency
• You are responsible for the entire process of calculating the variable remuneration for employees of German and international Van&Truck sales teams
• You calculate business cases and support projects or lead sub-projects to improve performance and efficiency in the different sales areas at SIXT

Come as you are

• You have completed a university degree in economics with above-average success and have at least 2 years of professional experience, preferably in sales management or sales controlling
• You have a strong affinity for numbers and good knowledge of common performance management methods and concepts (e.g. business cases, benchmarking). Knowledge of the CRM programme Salesforce.com and SQL knowledge would be desirable
• You are quick to grasp things, show above-average commitment, a high degree of reliability and an entrepreneurial mindset
• You know how to derive recommendations for action in a structured manner and have experience in project management
• You are business fluent in English and German, enjoy working in an international team and are independent and a strong communicator
