Revenue Management/Pricing Analyst (FTL - Hybrid)

Sixt is looking for a Revenue Management/Pricing Analyst to support Sixt U.S. in all demand & pricing related matters.  Are you fascinated by the power of numbers? Your mission is to harness the power of data to inform our business strategies, guide our decision-making, and unlock opportunities for growth.  The Analyst will assist in implementing pricing strategies and provide support for day-to-day questions by working closely with internal departments in Sixt’s Corporate Office in Fort Lauderdale and various contacts in our International HQ near Munich, Germany. This individual will act as a subject matter expert on pricing & demand concerns (strategy, competitor data, market trends, etc.), and will be hands-on with multiple internal systems and will communicate information and metrics to various departments. The ideal candidate possesses the following attributes: 
•    Strong analytical mindset and distinct understanding of numbers  
•    High degree of organizational and time management skills  
•    Ability to independently follow through and complete projects within a deadline 
What you will do: 
•    Oversee price management and revenue maximization in one or more of our domestic markets 
•    Dive deep into our extensive data sets to extract valuable insights
•    Perform systematic monitoring and analysis of assigned market(s) with respect to prices and incoming bookings 
•    Participate in the design of internal reporting systems and the implementation of relevant ad-hoc analyses 
•    Use your expertise to interpret complex data sets and translate them into clear and concise actions
•    Contribute to the creation of data-driven strategies that will propel our business to new heights
•    Manage projects for optimization in the field of revenue management and pricing 

•    Bachelor's degree required
•    Familiarity with target group segmentation, competition analysis, price control, and profit optimization 
•    Excellent computer skills, and strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, Tableau)
•    Ability to multi-task and distribute efforts appropriately among tasks, manage competing deadlines, handle frequent interruptions, and maintain a high level of productivity
•    Experience in SQL, databases, or Visual Basic a plus 
•    Must be able to work a flexible schedule including day and/or evening hours
•    Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
•    Proficiency in English; further languages such as German are a plus

Pricing focuses on market-oriented and margins-optimising product and price management for all business sectors and customer groups in order to create long-term value for the company. The yield management is primarily concerned with maximising revenue through utility and price-oriented management of the fleet and demand. Issues such as planning and composition of the fleet size, predicting the fleet and demand and regulating imports and modulation of vehicles are addressed here. Furthermire, demand adjustments are carried out if necessary through price and availability controls.
