DO WHAT YOU LOVE:
You define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap for managed services, like our Applicant Tracking System, People Management System or Time & Attendance solutions, considering both short-term and long-term goals
You create detailed user stories, feature specifications, and acceptance criteria that effectively guide development teams in building impactful software features.
You prioritize feature development based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility, considering input from various sources while maintaining a focus on achieving strategic objectives
You collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, and internal teams to gather insights and understand the Time & Attendance needs of diverse regions
You act as the subject matter expert for Time & Attendance, staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to ensure our solutions remain competitive and compliant
You lead agile ceremonies, conduct regular demos and gather feedback from stakeholders
COME AS YOU ARE:
You have proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably in the Time & Attendance or workforce management domain
You have understanding of industry regulations and the challenges organizations face in managing workforce data globally
You have a proven track record of translating customer needs into actionable product features as well as in making data-driven decisions
You are an excellent communicator with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely to technical and non technical stakeholders
You are familiar with software development processes and tools, such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms
You communicate fluently in English and appreciate cultural diversity
