Working Student (m/w/d) Total Rewards & Mobility


This role adds to our team in Total Rewards & Mobility to foster SIXT’s people management. You report to Director Total Rewards & Mobility. You will gain insights in compensation and performance management on a global scale and you will be involved in international HR projects driving the organization’s operational business.

DO WHAT YOU LOVE:

  • You will support the team in all operational day-to-day tasks
  • You will assist with the implementation of Total Rewards into Workday with great attention to data quality
  • As part of the team, you will help running benchmark analysis also in terms of equal pay and support grading requests
  • You will assist in drafting templates, tools and presentations supporting processes and guidelines
  • You are prepared to analyze data and provide data summaries supporting strategic directions and global guidelines.

COME AS YOU ARE:

  • You are studying economics, business administration or comparable studies
  • You are advanced in you studies (at least 4th semester bachelor) and can support us 16-20 hours per week
  • You have already gained experience in human resources through internship
  • You are confident in Excel and PowerPoint
  • You have very good language skills in German and English, both written and spoken
