Customer Self Service team is a critical function at SIXT, spanning across the mobile app and sixt web to provide the self-service functionality for a customer. As a Product Manager, on the customer self-service team, one will be responsible for working with software engineers as well as operation managers in the Europe to create world class customer self-service functionality on the Sixt Mobile application on Android and iOS and the sixt website. Also, build a user-friendly in-house back office application for managing the customer self-service module. The goal is to continuously improve the end customer experience on self-service and managing their account and to serve our customers better and improve the company’s bottom lines. The new-age self-service team should cover customers on web, mobile and ensure that the customer experience is given priority and ensure that there is smooth integration with multiple systems internally to redefine the end user experience.
