Team Lead (m/f/d) Customer Service

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • You will manage a team of Customer Service agents who provide first class customer care for our Italian and Dutch customers and respond to customer requests and complaints
  • You provide coaching, mentoring and feedback sessions as needed to ensure high performance and to develop your team
  • You monitor your team´s performance based on KPIs
  • You implement our company policies and procedures to new employees
  • You support your team in providing first class customer care
  • You handle escalations in regards to our customer enquiries

Your Qualities:

  • Ideally you have professional experience in the Customer Service or Call Center environment
  • You have at least two years experience in leading a team (minimum of 5 people)
  • You are a communication talent and can inspire and motivate your team members
  • You are focusing on quality, have attention to detail and are passionate about customer support
  • You have to be flexible, organized and have the ability to manage and prioritize daily assignments
  • You speak fluently Italian and English, Dutch would be an advantage
