Fleet Service Agent - Manchester Piccadilly (£9.43 p/h)

This is a full time, permanent role of 40 hours a week. As a Fleet Service Agent at our amazing Manchester Piccadilly branch, you will be responsible for greeting our customers on arrival and return of their hire. Delivering exceptional customer service is an integral part of this role as you are the first and last point of contact with the customer. As this is a very busy location, valeting cars will be an essential part of this role. We welcome applications from all different fields, service personnel, ex-service, ex-army.


Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the preparation, valeting and ensuring vehicles are to a high standard.
  • Ensuring vehicles are delivered and collected between branches in a timely manner.
  • Actively providing a high level of customer service.
  • Ensure that any vehicle damages are reported and the Branch Manager is notified.
  • Refuelling of the vehicles when required.

Your Qualities

  • You are able to work well under pressure both independently and within a team
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Have a full, clean driving licence with 12 months experience
  • Flexible approach to working as branches are open 7 days a week (shift work)
  • Prior experience within a driving role would be an advantage but not essential
