Office Coordinator

The Office Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day office and clerical duties. The Coordinator is an integral part in ensuring that the office operations run smoothly.


What to expect:

  • Professionally administers all incoming calls and ensures that phone calls are redirected accordingly
  • Greets guests in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner and seat them in the appropriate area
  • Acts as a liaison with company vendors (i.e. caterers, office supplies, coffee/water suppliers, cleaning/maintenance etc.)
  • Orders supplies as requested
  • Assigns parking decals to employees
  • Perform varies administrative tasks as needed
  • Assist the Human Resources Department with company event planning.
  • Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and day-to-day maintenance of the reception area, lunch room and conference rooms
  • Receives, sorts and delivers mail and incoming deliveries (FedEx, UPS)
  • Maintains and refills shared coffee machine, and restocks the employee lunch room as necessary
  • Creates ID badges for new employees, removes access for terminating employees
  • Assist Human Resources Department with company event planning and other projects as assigned
  • Perform varies administrative tasks as needed
  • Support scheduling and travel arrangements for COO

What you’ll do to be sixt-cessful:

  • Associate's degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
  • Strong customer service skills and techniques to successfully build and maintain positive customer relations and provide quality service
  • Strong work ethic and hands-on style
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Professional skills to handle sensitive and difficult situations with diplomacy
  • Strong commitment to collaborative work
  • Must have a high degree of confidentiality when handling communications, correspondence and company-confidential documents
  • Self-starter who embraces technology
  • High degree of organizational and time management skills with the ability to independently follow through to successful completion of projects within a deadline
  • Ability to multi-task and distribute efforts appropriately among tasks, manage competing deadlines, handle frequent interruptions and maintain a high level of productivity
  • Proactive contributor and hard working
  • Willingness to take on additional tasks to keep things on track – comfort in a start-up environment
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Must be able to work 40 hours per week
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including day and/or evening hours
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
