Client Administrative Support

As a Customer Administrative Support Professional, your priority is to support an exceptional car buying experience. You will work the magic behind-the-scenes to facilitate the handoff of vehicles from Sixt to our customers. Each day will be challenging and exciting for the right person! The Administrative Support Professional will report to the Manager, Retail Sales.


What you’ll do to be sixt-cessful:

  • Ensure the optimal car-buying experience by maximizing on sales and service opportunities for every customer
  • Guide customers through the sales process, including processing appraisals, performing test drives, submitting credit applications, and presenting loan decisions to customers
  • Generate real-time financing and warranty options that best complements their desires
  • Gather and process customer data accurately to complete transaction paperwork
  • Ensure timely and efficient delivery of vehicles to customers
  • Serve as an expert in our products and services
  • Provide excellent customer service in all customer contact situations
  • Communicate with our Customers using multiple platforms for document related purposes
  • Assist Customer Excitement Agents and other employees with customer follow-up
  • Review titles and customer registration deal packets are completed accurately, in a timely and efficient manner based on the business need
  • Complete administrative tasks including daily lists to assist the branch
  • Communicate via telephone and email in a friendly and helpful manner
  • Perform other job duties as assigned to meet the business needs.

What you’ll need:

  • High School diploma required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of work experience in an administrative and/or customer-facing environment
  • Must be at least 18 and have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Experience and desire to work with technology
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Ability to follow defined service and sales processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong prioritizing and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to manage stressful or unusual situations to maintain good customer service
  • Advanced computer navigation skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Enthusiasm and energy to thrive in and contribute to a rapidly growing start-up atmosphere where roles continually adapt as the business evolves
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week including day and/or evening hours
  • Must be willing to wear company uniforms…they’re actually designer clothes!
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • Ability to communicate in other languages is a decided plus.
