Regional Quality Manager

As a Regional Quality Manager, your job is to ensure that our locations meets both external and internal requirements. This includes exceeding customer expectations at the local level, adhering to internal processes aimed to decrease risk and increase profitability, and ensuring compliance for legal standards.


Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Create standards of measurements and regular reporting to track progress towards quality management goals
  • Monitor performance by gathering relevant data and producing reports
  • Make suggestions for changes and improvements and how to implement them
  • Use relevant quality tools and making sure managers and other staff understand how to improve the business
  • Drive a customer service culture and work with branches to meet their service goals
  • Oversee rollouts of new technologies and processes through in person training and webinars
  • Review reporting to ensure adherence to company standards in rental processes and incremental sales processes
  • Maintain rapport with branch managers
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective processes
  • Provide on-site training for new and existing locations
  • Conduct quarterly audits of existing locations

Your Qualities

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Likely to require at least 40% travel, some of which may be by airplane
  • Must strong communication skills and team-based project experience
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced service environment
  • Must have the ability to persuade and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Skills in numerical and statistical analysis
  • An understanding of all aspects of the business
  • Must be at least 21 and have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • Ability to communicate in other languages is a plus
