Security Administrator (m/f/d)
The Security Admin will be responsible for supporting the Corporate Security Department with duties related to the security of the Sixt fleet of vehicles, facilities and staff.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- • Database entries
- • Tracking and reporting of statistical data
- • File processing and maintenance
- • Reviewing, and acting upon or coordinating written requests for assistance
- • Reviewing and processing of CCTV data & managing of CCTV related projects
- • Communicating with internal and external customers
- • Evaluating and resolving impound notices, subpoenas, and other written notifications
- • Updating and distributing policy guidance and instructions
Your Qualities
- • Associate degree or previous experience in a related position preferred • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred • Proficiency in MS Office applications, specifically Excel
- • Ability to navigate CCTV systems • Ability to adapt to new computer programs with ease • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present factual findings
- • Exceptional interpersonal and decision making skills required • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task • Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
