As our new Team Lead / Senior Executive Manager Leadership Development (m/w/d) you and your team have the opportunity to create and implement a new leadership development journey for our organization from scratch, laying the foundation to create stronger leaders across all divisions and levels of our company.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Provide tools to integrate the leadership principles into the culture of SIXT
  • Create and implement a Leadership Development roadmap, including engaging trainings and experiences that meet defined objectives across multiple formats to support growth of current and future leaders
  • Measure the impact of various learning initiatives by tracking relevant metrics
  • Develop and implement a leadership performance management tool, deriving necessary measures to ensure a high quality of leadership across the organization
  • Empower, advise and coach managers in leadership topics and cultural transformation

Your Qualities

  • At least many years of relevant experience in leadership development or HR consulting, ideally also as a team lead
  • Experience in the design and concept of modern transformational leadership development programs as well as their delivery
  • Ability to see the big picture but also interest and willingness to do hands-on work connected to details and operational tasks
  • Strong knowledge and application of metrics & data skills in evaluating the impact of programs
  • Fluent in English and German, verbally and written
