You're the first point of contact for our Dutch customers and take care of the reservations for rental vehicles and lorries over the phone. Your main task is to assist our business and private customers in using the online booking systems, to make reservations, sell additional services and offer our customers a full-service package. You counsel our corporate and private customers by phone about our mobility services. You work closely with the other departments of the company to provide the best service to our customers and increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. You start with a paid familiarization phase of 3 weeks.
