Supply Chain Analyst - Car Control

The Supply Chain Analyst, Car Control is responsible for the coordination, implementation, control and completion of projects while remaining aligned with strategy, stakeholders, and goals of the company. This role will focus on the infleet, defleet, and transportation processes and will analyze existing processes to be improved while creating new reporting and processes.


Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Create and analyze reporting to identify problems and opportunities within Sixt to ultimately provide solutions that help achieve business goals
  • Compile project-related data from different data sources, develop and produce recurring and other ad hoc reports as needed
  • Update and create documentation like Standard Operating Procedures to ensure proper process flow
  • Partner with Car Control management team to define scope, priorities and deliverables for projects
  • Work in close cooperation with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Conduct research into registration, titling, and transport best practices
  • Day-to-day management of project rollouts
  • Coordinate across departments to maintain continued progress toward project milestones
  • Maintain and update project tracker using Microsoft Teams to ensure common understanding of progress and priorities with Car Control management
  • Prioritize task project effort in support of overall organizational strategy
  • Keep project timeline on track by anticipating challenges and adapting plans accordingly

Your Qualities

  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills and the ability to multitask
  • Ability to quickly achieve proficiency with new software and technology platforms
  • Familiarity with project management methodology and processes
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications, particularly strong MS Excel and Powerpoint skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or 2-3 years of comparable work experience such as business analysis, project management, data analysis
  • Familiarity with car rental, logistics, or vehicle manufacture preferred
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask
  • Ability to quickly achieve proficiency with new software and technology platforms
  • Strong interpersonal capabilities and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to wear many hats and think outside of the box
  • Familiarity with project management methodology and processes
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications, with exceptionally strong MS Excel skills
  • SQL, Macros, or VBA experience a plus
  • Familiarity with scheduling in a project management context
  • Must have the ability to hit the ground running, being a team player with good presentation skills
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
