As an experienced (Senior) Product Owner Payment, Billing & Accounting (m/f/d) you are part of a cross-functional agile team.   • You develop and communicate product vision and strategy with focus on payment processing, billing and accounting in the overall context of the "ONE payment flow" strategy that is motivating all stakeholders (SIXT product heads, accounts receivable, payment, tax etc.) especially your development team
  • You understand business problems and requirements by requesting and / or generating facts and figures (data, customer feedback etc.)
  • You prioritize after close alignment with all relevant stakeholder value-oriented epics and user stories to propose and stand up for a roadmap and a derived backlog
  • You fully own the existing and to-be-developed software products by having all relevant metrics at hand and foresee potential drawbacks ("CEO" of the product)
  • You lead a dedicated business analyst for the local team in Kiev and lead the dedicated team of ~10 engineers in Kiev indirectly via motivation


  • With your get-things-done mentality you find fast solutions and guarantee short feedback cycles
  • You have got an excellent understanding of IT, processes and software development. ideally you have got an engineering background
  • You love numbers and you know how to prioritize your roadmap based on facts
  • With your sharp analytical mind you understand processes and success factors to get our customers even more excited
  • You define clear requirements and success criteria which you will elaborate with the development team and other stakeholders on par
  • You speak English fluently. Ideally you also got moderate German and Ukrainian language skills
