Product Owner SIXT Employee Platform (m/f/d)

Are you the Product Owner (m/f/d) we are looking for? You can manage our internal employee platform / application (Intranet) and act as the main point of contact for stakeholders to collect all business requirements, prioritize the respective roadmap items, design a proper solution, ensure exciting usability and coordinate a team of approx. 7 frontend and backend developers. With your professional knowledge, you reduce complexity across all business areas and create an outstanding customer experience.   • You are the point of contact for internal stakeholders, customers and external partners
  • You coordinate an internal developer team
  • You manage your roadmap items as part of the Global People Management roadmap
  • You act as sparring partner to the business and translate the business requirements into user stories
  • You ensure exciting usability to our consumer


  • You have profound experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner (m/f/d) handling internal products
  • You are a hero in managing multiple tasks at the same time and you adapt easily to a rapidly changing environment
  • You are strongly customer-focused and you have exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • You speak and write English on an expert level, additional languages are a plus (preferably German)
  • You are experienced with Salesforce, Confluence and Jira and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well
