Our Fleet Department requires an experienced manager to work within their maintenance department in a supervisory position to lead and manage a team of five. Reporting directly to the Head of Repair and Reconditioning the successful applicant must be an experienced and qualified Vehicle Damage Assessor. The role requires you to understand the necessity to manage the cost of vehicle repairs in-life and end of life (reconditioning and refurbishment). Managing downtime to mitigate business impact is one of the main priorities whilst supervising the team accordingly. The role requires sufficient experience in preparing management reports and working with data analytics. Being able to make good business decisions is pivotal to the role whilst meeting stakeholder expectations and delivering an exceptional service.
