VIP Roadside Assistance Agent

This hybrid positions focuses on our VIP clients as well as roadside assistance. This role is responsible for answering our dedicated numbers for our VIP clients, managing our emails, and assisting with breakdown cases. They are also tasked with assisting in meeting departmental sales goals. Our agents need to utilize exceptional decision-making and communication skills while providing excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Handle all inbound VIP and reservation telephone in a professional and helpful manner
  • Handle inbound roadside assistance calls and maintain high standards of communication with our customers
  • Handle all communication with our 3rd party vendors (i.e.: tow providers, manufacturers, etc.…)
  • Maintain high standard of communication with our branches
  • Ensure they are documenting all roadside cases according to the roadside guideline
  • Handle customer complaints with professionalism and confidence
  • Manage the reservation email account and draft professional correspondence
  • Meet all sales and service standards
  • Other job duties as assigned to meet the business needs

Your Qualities

  • Is with the company for at least 6 months
  • Must be in the 80% of reservation goals for the past 3 months in the 3 out of the 4 categories
  • Can show proficiency in writing with grammar and paragraph structure
  • Must be able to work 40 hours per week and overtime when necessary
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, day and/or evening hours
  • Proficient in basic computer skills
  • Shows excellent punctuality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Has proven track of customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to multi-task & prioritize
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish a plus
