As Director CRM (m/f/d) you will create strategic messaging, develop and execute prioritized campaigns as well as track and analyze results. You will help us bring our customer relationship management to the next level by utilizing customer data while looking for digital marketing trends, implementing new ideas, and monitoring and adjusting as needed for maximum effectiveness.   • Strategically guide and lead by example our existing CRM team and make sure to align digital customer communication (pricing, strategy, tone of voice, loyalty benefits, etc.) with overall company goals
  • You are responsible for SIXT’s cross channel marketing strategy and performance optimization
  • Lead the team into the next phase of customer relationship management by improving the way we utilize customer data to optimize the commercial performance of campaigns
  • You partner with other marketing and product teams to establish a coherent marketing strategy and consult and support them in launching their own campaigns
  • Formulate the right value propositions for all messaging via all channels while putting the customer behavior and the customer journey at the center of our vision


  • Strong background in CRM / loyalty programs and ideally first experience in leading a small team of Marketing Managers (m/f/d) or in being responsible for a CRM function yourself
  • Exceptionally strong project management and organization skills with a keen eye for details and the ability to work analytically to understand customer research data
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate to different customer segments as well as to different stakeholders inside of SIXT
  • You are able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Proven track record in performance monitoring and conversion optimization with a strong focus on delivering business impact
  • You communicate fluently in English and ideally, you speak another language as well, German is an advantage
