As an online marketing and campaign management expert (m/f/d), you will work with other marketing teams to generate awareness and drive high-quality traffic to our website to increase and improve conversions through email marketing and push notifications. You will use your strategic, analytical, agile and digital skills to help us achieve our business goals.   • You will be responsible for innovative and data-driven projects with the aim to further develop communication along the customer lifecycle and thus provide a unique customer experience
  • You will drive the automation and personalization of our SIXT rent, share, ride and SIXT+ products for all markets, leveraging data and technologies
  • You work closely with internal as well as external stakeholders - also on an international level
  • You will conduct A/B tests along the customer journey to improve contact optimization strategies


  • You have several years of professional experience in CRM, marketing communications, email marketing, loyalty or lifecycle marketing, preferably in an omni-channel environment
  • You have successfully completed a degree in economics or comparable education; a focus on marketing or communications is a plus
  • You communicate convincingly and confidently in English, knowledge of another language is an advantage
  • You have experience with at least one CRM marketing technology (Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus)
  • You work independently, structured and on your own responsibility, have a high quality standard and a "hands-on" mentality
