Main Responsibilities

  • Consulting in reorganization and strategic employee questions (change management)
  • Managing of a regularly performance management based on defined key figures
  • Defining measures based on key figures / reports (turn over, exit interviews, etc.)
  • Controlling of bonus systems and target agreements
  • Implementing and managing personnel development tools (provided from the German HR development team)  Checking the results of the employee satisfaction index and define measures together with board and managers  Implementation and controlling of competency model; annual appraisal and talent review rounds  Implementation of job profiles (RSA, Branch Managers, etc.)  Controlling of career paths and development programs (trainees, etc.) in collaboration with the training department  Implementation Sixt DNA
  • Controlling of functional grading and salary bands in collaboration with compensation & benefit
  • Clarification and enforcement of labor law requirements
  • Ensure that templates, work instructions and work contracts are in line with the legal framework
  • Definition of HR processes


  • Studies in labour relations, economics or similar
  • Previous experience in similar roles
  • Organisational skills
  • High level of english
  • Ability to interact with senior managers within the company
  • Availability to travel
