Project Manager HR Systems (m/f/d)

  • You lead global projects to improve our current and new solutions in the area of HR applications
  • You analyze business needs and develop solution concepts together with internal and external partners
  • You are responsible for the entire project life cycle from analysis, design, testing, and rollout of HR solutions with the aim of simplifying processes and reducing complexity
  • You work in a team of project managers under the direction of a program manager responsible for project set-up, ensuring a clear definition of the project scope and tracking project deliverables and milestones
  • You act as a sparring partner for the global business stakeholders and other internal and external partners


  • You have experience with (globally) implementing an HR Management System, bring strong project management skills, and ideally have experience in agile software development
  • You have a solid background in operational HR processes
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge in Salesforce, Confluence, and JIRA is beneficial
  • You are strongly customer-focused and have a curious nature that wants to dive deep to solve complex issues
  • You have an excellent command of German and English
