(Senior) Product Owner Fleet Management (m/f/d)

The backbone of our success is our fleet and logistics management to be able to offer the right vehicle at the right time for the right customer and manage the fleet processes from purchasing over infleet, operational logistics, defleet to the final sale of our vehicles. To achieve this, hundreds of background processes must be managed by our IT systems. We want you to build with us on our vision of an innovative, integrated and intelligent fleet management system to enable our globally distributed business stakeholders in handling their processes in the most efficient way.


DO WHAT YOU WANT

  • You are responsible for building innovative fleet management products with global impact to enable our business in the best possible way
  • You analyze processes and needs of our international business stakeholders and proactively share your ideas for innovative solutions and problem-solving
  • You also question existing processes and identify efficiency gains together with stakeholders and product teams to leverage efficiencies throughout the SIXT world
  • You keep track of the business impact of development to structure and prioritize the backlog of your products
  • You continuously shape the fleet management vision, the roadmap and the products in cooperation with the international development team
  • You are the central internal and external contact for your products

COME AS YOU ARE

  • You have gained (first) experience as a product owner or project manager (m/f/d) in the environment of an agile organization, ideally with a logistics or fleet management background
  • You like to communicate on all levels of the organization, having the ability to analyze and structure complex topics with an overview about both, details as well as the overall vision
  • You are a reliable person who enjoys working in a people driven, challenging and fun-filled working environment
  • Ideally you have built know-how in agile working methods, development processes and technologies
  • Your profile is rounded off by fluent English as well as knowledge of JIRA/Confluence, German is not a must
