Project Manager Finance (m/f/d) Payment & Billing

From offering state-of-the-art payment options to processing millions of transactions omnichannel via our own gateway connecting to a multi-PSP / multi acquirer infrastructure. From managing multiple customer types in >100 countries worldwide to invoicing ~20 different mobility products in real time. To further enhance our “payment-for-mobility” platform we are looking for a (senior) project managers in Munich. You will be responsible for a dedicated End-2-End Usecase via building the bridge between the various requirements from our subject-matter-experts (business units, accounting etc.) and development teams.


  • You define the project objectives and requirements to boost our payment vision (e.g., launching new payment methods, establishing our payment orchestrator layer for mobility, building a global voucher solution, realizing the counterless rent-a-car flow incl. fraud management etc.)
  • You reflect different interest from various business departments and especially our involved tech teams from multiple division in Ukraine as well as in Germany and India
  • You lead and manage project activities with the core team (meetings, project follow-ups etc.)
  • You own the project by tracking the impact and actively suggest adjustments accordingly


  • You have a degree business, finance, or business informatics
  • You have a strong interest of payment and/or billing and/or finance-related topics in general
  • You gained an understanding of modern software development projects
  • Your communication skills enable you to deal with different characters to drive your project across the organization even without disciplinary power leveraging the common tools (MS Office, JIRA/Confluence etc.)
