Talent Acquisition Coordinator

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for the onboarding process of new employees, administrative support for recruiting, building relationships with universities and creating brand recognition/social media presence for Sixt.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, universities, social media and internet sites. Then provides organization information, opportunities and benefits; makes presentations and maintains rapport
  • Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, performing background checks and motor vehicle report screenings, scheduling start dates, creating credentials, issuing employment contracts etc.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as expense reports, create job descriptions for newly created positions, etc
  • Maintains and updates information on sites including Glassdoor, company website, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
  • Manage special projects geared towards helping to elevate the recruitment process and building brand recognition
  • Analyze our current process and help streamline for efficiency

Your Qualities

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills and team-based project experience
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills and the ability to multitask
  • Must possess strong analytical skills
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
