  • You are responsible for the reporting environment and data lake as well as the provision of ad-hoc analyses for the business units of Product Pricing, Yield & Dynamic Pricing
  • You see yourself as an enabler of your stakeholders, propose innovative reports and processes to get faster and / or more precise results and continuously develop the existing reporting environment
  • You define new reporting requirements with the main stakeholders, manage and prioritize the backlog of development ideas and ensure timely and high-quality implementation
  • You lead, coach and develop a team of data analysts and a data engineers
  • You work closely with the business teams, central BI, and data science


  • You have several years of experience in the field of analytics, in particular you have gained experience with Excel and SQL as well as dashboard tools such as Quicksight, Qlikview or R Shiny and are ready to use them yourself and pass them on to your team
  • You have a strong analytical mindset, enjoy conceptual tasks and are able to identify the drivers of our business model and comprehensively understand and solve business inquiries
  • You are experienced in the management of interfaces, understand how to work out a compromise and are assertive
  • You have a service mentality, you know basic German (B.1 or above), and you are result-oriented
  • You have first experience in leading one or more team members
