Talent Acquisition Specialist

As the Internal Recruiter of Sixt you are responsible for the full candidate journey, from talent attraction, screening, interviewing to offer and onboarding. You take accountability for effectively marketing and advertising all roles for both Operations and HQ and ensuring that all candidates are put through a fair process following Sixt guidelines. You are also responsible for creating candidate excitement and engagement across the whole recruitment journey and within the initial onboarding period. Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment stages ensuring all candidates are contacted and managed through the process.
  • Research and choose job advertising options always considering the budget and return on investment.
  • Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time to hire and cost per hire) and report regularly.
  • Be creative with implementing new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting/direct sourcing)
  • Work closely with all levels of managers to implement and advise on best practices and to make sure all policies and procedures are followed
  • Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques
  • Communicate effectively with all candidates throughout the entire recruitment process.
  • Source and participate in job fairs and career events.
  • Be flexible and carry out other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
  • Complete various administrative duties relating to Recruitment.

Your Qualities

  • This is a fast-paced role, and we are looking for someone who can prioritise their workload and juggle multiple responsibilities at on time. The ideal candidate will be flexible in line with the business needs and is used to working in an environment to deliver against company hiring goals.
  • You have in-house or agency experience in an end-to-end recruitment/ talent acquisition role full, bringing in best practice and market leading approaches in resourcing, that will ultimately increase the volume of applications, time to hire and of course retain premium candidate experience along the way.
  • You will enjoy working with hiring managers and other stakeholders in diverse locations across the UK to build effective relationships while managing a high volume of vacancies.
