Head of Global Training – Sales & Service (m/f/d)

SIXT stands for premium mobility and premium service. Crucial for premium service are our employees and managers in our stations and international service centers. As Head of Global Training – Sales & Service (m/f/d) you are steering their education and training across the group. You closely work with the international training teams as well as the operational units, develop firm training plans, Blended-Learning and also training and coaching concepts. By generating Train-the-Trainer programs and quality assurance you ensure global training standards.   • You are responsible globally for the training & development of our employees and people managers in the subsidiaries and Service Centers
  • You are shaping the implementation of the Sales and Service Strategy in our subsidiaries and are hereby realizing a significant impact on the operational Sales and Service Performance
  • You define, together with the team, learning paths, Blended-Learning Concepts, Training and On-the-job Coachings for the Onboarding as well as the employees’ constant development
  • You steer international Train-the-Trainer Programs with approx. 40 global Trainers/Coaches
  • You are responsible for global standards, quality, and KPIs and therefore functionally lead all training units of the SIXT countries
  • You disciplinary manage a team of Trainers and Digital Learning Experts


  • You have profound experience as Sales & Service Trainer (m/f/d), ideally in the service sector
  • You already have some experience in leading a team
  • You are assertive and confident, also on an international playing field and with different cultures, both in German and English
  • You like to travel (internationally) and are therefore willing to have 25-30% travel activity in your daily business
  • You are committed and can authentically bring your enthusiasm into your team and transfer it to other stakeholders
