Our goal is to build up a best-in-class digital B2B acquisition platform that delivers an excellent customer experience: Beginning from the upper funnel where we build awareness for our products and brand, through the lower funnel where we generate leads and nurture existing customers. One of the main goals is to ramp up and massively grow our customer base through digital channels through performance marketing.


  • You plan and execute customer acquisition campaigns that drive our global B2B customer base growth
  • You ensure optimal spent by continuous testing, learning, and optimization across placements, creatives, and campaigns
  • You manage full-cycle execution of lead generation campaigns across all SIXT markets
  • You secure a data-driven approach to make informed decisions and base the tactics on in B2B customer growth
  • You are working closely with the central B2B team to create aligned customer communication across all channels to ensure consistent product and brand message
  • You supervise an 8-figure budget and allocate ideal spending across all channels, continuously working on enhancing the CPL and lead quality, and have a dotted line to a team of Online Marketing experts for your B2B strategies and tactics


  • You have severals years of experience in online/performance marketing ideally in a high growth SaaS environment
  • You own a depth knowledge of performance campaign execution with a special focus on: programmatic platforms such as Google and Facebook eco system
  • You are experienced in lead generation campaigns through social channels like LinkedIn
  • You are familiar and have experience with content marketing campaigns and SEO strategies
  • You have a very good understanding of digital analytics
