  • You support the conception, development, and implementation of our talent and leadership development roadmap in Germany and relevant SIXT countries
  • You optimize existing programs and design new initiatives for the strategic and sustainable development of our talents
  • You analyze employee surveys, derive implications as well as appropriate measures and prepare them for implementation
  • You steer the support and use of different systems and instruments for personality and talent diagnostics
  • You add value to the (further) development of our internal talent and successor pipeline and therefore contribute to a sustainable talent pipeline


  • You hold a degree in business psychology, business administration or other relevant areas with a focus on human resources or organization development and already have some professional experience in talent and/or leadership development
  • You are experienced in handling personnel development instruments (e.g. 360 degree feedback) and have the skills to design instruments with a practical orientation
  • You are inspirable, work autonomously, act as a role model for transparent communication and combine profound analytical skills with being tech savvy
  • You operate Excel and Power Point with confidence
  • You are business fluent in German and English, both written and verbal
