IT Support Engineer / Desktop Support

The Technical Support Engineer provides enterprise-level assistance to our customers. Responsibilities include installing network equipment, resolving network issues, configuring computer systems and using remote desktop connections to provide support.


Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Installing and configuring computer hardware (laptops, desktops), operating systems and applications
  • Work with the latest technologies to troubleshoot hardware and software issues remotely and via phone
  • Process user requests for new hardware and software
  • Repair and replace damaged hardware
  • Update reporting and performance tracking tools
  • Travel up to 20% nationwide

Your Qualities

  • Proven work experience as a Technical Support Specialist, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role
  • Good understanding of computer systems and other tech products
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
  • Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
