Executive Assistant
Sixt’s Fort Lauderdale Headquarters is looking for an Executive Assistant to support multiple Executives in various office duties and any special projects as needed. The ideal candidate possesses the following attributes: • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Strong customer service skills and techniques • Ability to successfully build and maintain positive customer relations • Professional skills to handle sensitive and difficult situations with diplomacy • High degree of organizational and time management skills • Ability to multi-task and distribute efforts appropriately among tasks, manage competing deadlines, handle frequent interruptions, and maintain a high level of productivity • Strong work ethic and hands-on style
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Provide confidential and trustworthy administrative assistance to the executive team
- Research and summarize data to provide accurate executive summaries
- Communicate with both internal and external clients
- Handle customer inquiries and requests
- Provide all administrative support for meetings and key projects
- Schedule meetings, training classes, and events
- Maintain confidential files and records
Your Qualities
- Bachelor’s Degree with five (5) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent computer skills and strong proficiency with MS Office suite of software
- Must have a high degree of confidentiality when handling communications, correspondence, and company-confidential documents
- Willingness to take on additional tasks to keep things on track
- Must be able to work 40 hours per week
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including day and/or evening hours
