As Director Last Mile Delivery (m/f/d), you are the business owner to create a delivery experience that is not only reliable and transparent to customers, but also efficient and globally scalable for our SIXT branches. In this role, you will be the main contact for product & engineering teams, headquarter functions (e.g. sales, consumer products, e-commerce), local country headquarters and operations. You connect the dots to enable and constantly optimize the delivery & collection platform and dispatching tool. You accelerate feedback for implementation, facilitate market launches and drive product adoption by both customers and branches. By doing so, you optimize customer experience and reduce complexity in the day-to-day work of our colleagues at the branches. Interested? The operations/shops area deals with all the fields of business operations at SIXT stations. That means: You are involved in direct service for the customer and deal with strategic control of operational metrics and the rental process every day.
