Inside Sales Representative
We are looking for service-oriented Inside Sales Agents with strong sales customer relationship management skills and a sales mindset. We also welcome applications from those looking for a lateral move to a new career, and are keen to hear from those in hospitality, trained hotel specialists, salespeople, travel agents, receptionists or service personnel
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- You support your Field Sales colleagues with your focused and precise way of working. In your daily job you keep a structured overview in preparation of meetings with customers, offers and price calculations, contract management, and other tasks
- You bring engagement, strong communication skills, well developed customer- and revenue-focus, as well as the drive to proactively participate in winning over new customers and build sustainable relationships
- You are a multi-tasker by nature. A wide variety of tasks in parallel, requiring your full attention brings out the very best in you. Changes in your daily planning and reprioritising tasks don’t scare you at al
- Are you able to excite our customers via phone and e-mail as well? Perfect! We look forward to meeting you!
Your Qualities
- Proven sales background in achieving set targets
- You have successfully rounded of an education in a commercial or service oriented disciplinary. For example, Hospitality, Hotel industry or Sales.
- The MS Office software suite is known to you and you ideally have experience working with MS Excel.
- Apart from English, it would be an advantage if you master an additional European language (business proficiency level)
